Shipping & Returns


DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of purchase for our express service placed before 12 noon. During busy periods orders may take 3-4 Working days standard delivery times. Bespoke orders can take up to 7-14 days

During busy periods these lead times may extend but notice of such lead times will be given on Website prior to ordering. 
 
Orders placed Friday- Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Please email us if you require your order via an express service or on a 1-2  day basis.     

Next day delivery does not apply to outer zone post codes/ Northern Ireland
Delivery charges for mainland UK- Next working day delivery from £9.95 Standard 3-4 working day delivery £7.50

Orders for local pick up 2-4 days , Floristry and wreaths by Lisa Jane will hold orders for local pick up/collection for 7 days from the date of ordering, if items are not collected within this time frame then we will refund the full amount of the value of the order unless otherwise arranged.

Please note that we endeavour to deliver next day but do not provide a guaranteed next day delivery service and may take up to 1-3 days.
Please note that no deliveries will take place on Bank holidays.

Standard 3-4 WORKING day delivery service
If you choose the standard delivery your order will arrive within 4 working days.

Floristry and Wreaths by Lisa Jane  will always make every effort to deliver on time, however some orders may be delayed due to factors beyond our control such as bank holidays, extreme weather conditions, and road closures or postal/ courier strikes. We  will always do our best to keep you informed on these events

If your order weighs more than 25 kilos or we have to pack it into multiple large boxes there may be an added charge on top of the standard delivery charge. We will always contact you before we dispatch your order to agree on a price.

If at any point you wish to track your order please contact our helpline and we will happily assist you with this.

As soon as the items have been delivered they become your responsibility. Our chosen couriers will deliver to the address you provide and we request a signature

We  will deliver throughout mainland UK, if you wish to have goods delivered to the following destination postcodes there will be an added charge- the added costs are calculated at the checkout page or contacted after for additional costs and agreed. The following postcodes have added charges:

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 For returns please email floristryandwreaths@gmail.com
 Please state your order number and reason for return. You may return your items back to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. 

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on handmade, made to order bespoke or sale items.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All items must be in their original condition, and original packaging.
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse return items received that are not in a sellable condition. We also reserve the right to refuse returns that have been received beyond the 14 day return period. 

Please ensure, you obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

 Once your return has been received by us, we will send you an email to confirm. We will then send you a further email upon item inspection and let you know if your return has been accepted or not. Upon approval the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.

 Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed, with a further 5-10 days for any credit amount to be received.
 
Damaged / faulty items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if your item is damaged or faulty please email floristryandwreaths@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt.
    •    Order number 
    •    Description of the damaged item and fault
    •    Photo evidence of the damaged item
All faulty/damaged items must be verified by a member of our customer service team prior to a refund or replacement been issued. The team will work to ensure that the item is replaced or refunded as soon as possible. 
 
Items missing from your order or order does not arrive within the specified time frame, please email us as soon as possible in order for this to be rectified.
